Accepting a project

Accepting a project

When a Homeowner sends you a project request, you will find it listed in your "Project Inbox", located in the menu along the left side of your account screen. (you will also receive a notification via the "alert bell" in the upper right corner of your account screen.)

You will be able to view details regarding the project as well as any photos the Homeowner has included.  If you have any questions before accepting or declining the project, you can call or email the Homeowner directly.

When you are ready, you can click "Accept" or "Decline" at the bottom of this screen.  If you decide to accept the project, you will be prompted with a "Project Lead Disclosure".  To continue, click "Accept" or you can select "Cancel"

The next step is to create an estimate (new customer) or send an invoice (current customer).
