What You Can Do

๐Ÿ“ž  Support your client โ€” guide homeowners through the process and encourage timely responses to platform prompts
๐Ÿ””  Stay informed โ€” use status updates in your dashboard to coordinate your listing timeline around project completion
๐Ÿ“‹  Assist with contractor selection โ€” you can recommend contractors your client should invite through the platform, but all approvals go through HouseAmp

What You Cannot Do

๐Ÿšซ  Approve or reject estimates on behalf of the homeowner
๐Ÿšซ  Make financing decisions or quote loan amounts
๐Ÿšซ  Access or modify the homeowner's account settings or personal information
๐Ÿšซ  Direct or manage contractor work on behalf of the homeowner
