You can update your HouseAmp password at any time from your Account Settings. If you have forgotten your password entirely, see the related article: How to Reset a Forgotten Password.
| 1. Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the platform |
| 2. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu |
| 3. Click "Change" next to the Password field |
| 4. Enter your current password |
| 5. Enter and confirm your new password |
| 6. Click "Save" |
| 🔢 Minimum 8 characters |
| 🔡 Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters |
| 🔣 At least one number and one special character |
🔐 Security tip: Use a unique password not shared with other accounts and change it periodically. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.
