Overview
If you have sent an invitation to a homeowner and need to remove it — for example, if the wrong email address was used or the client is no longer proceeding — you can delete the invitation from your dashboard.
Steps to Delete an Invitation
| 1. Navigate to your dashboard |
| 2. Locate the homeowner in the Invited Clients section |
| 3. Click "Delete Invitation" |
Important Notes
✅ Can Be DeletedInvitations with a Pending status that have not yet been accepted by the homeowner. | 🚫 Cannot Be DeletedInvitations that have already been accepted and converted to an active homeowner account. Contact support if you need to make changes to an active account. |
