Resend an invitation email

Overview

If a homeowner did not receive their invitation or the link has expired, you can resend the invitation directly from your dashboard without creating a new one.

Steps to Resend an Invitation

1.  Navigate to your dashboard
2.  Locate the homeowner in the "Invited Clients" section
3.  Click "Resend invitation"
4.  The homeowner will receive a fresh invitation email with a new activation link

Common Reasons to Resend

📬  The homeowner did not receive the original invitation
🔗  The original invitation link has expired
📂  The email was filtered into the homeowner's spam or promotions folder
🔁  The homeowner deleted the original email accidentally

💡 Tip: Let the homeowner know to check their spam or promotions folder if they do not see the invitation within a few minutes of it being sent. Adding noreply@houseamp.com to their contacts can prevent future filtering.
