Uploading a profile picture
Overview
Your profile picture appears to homeowners, service pros, and other HouseAmp users when they interact with your account. A professional headshot builds trust and makes your profile stand out.
Steps to Upload a Profile Picture
| 1. Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the platform |
| 2. Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu |
| 3. Click on your current profile image or the placeholder avatar |
| 4. Select "Upload Photo" and choose your image file |
| 5. Crop or adjust the image as needed, then click "Save" |
Photo Guidelines
| 📁 Accepted formats: JPG, PNG |
| 📐 Recommended size: At least 200 x 200 pixels, square crop |
| 👤 Best practice: Use a clear, professional headshot with a clean background |
