What information do I need in order to apply?
During the application process, you will be asked to confirm the details of your personal and property information. Please have the following pieces of information handy:
- Address of property you are selling
- Social Security Numbers of primary applicants and any co-borrowers
- Date of Birth of primary applicants and any co-borrowers
- Employer Names and Sources of Income
- Your Estimated Listing Price
- Your Estimated Listing Date
- A valid phone number that can receive a text message verification code
IMPORTANT: a credit check is completed using
Experian. If you utilize "Experian
Credit Freeze" services, you will need to unfreeze your report before
