How to Invite New Borrowers to the Platform

Overview

There are two methods for inviting borrowers to create their HouseAmp account and connect with you as their mortgage loan officer.



When to Use: Use this method when you're communicating directly with the borrower via email, text message, or during a phone conversation.

1.  Click the "Invite New Borrower" button at the top of your Borrowers dashboard
2.  In the invitation modal, select "Invite Link"
3.  Click "Copy Link" to copy the unique URL to your clipboard
4.  Paste the link into an email, text message, or social media

💡 What Happens Next: When the borrower clicks the link and signs up, they'll be instantly connected to your account. You'll receive a notification as soon as the connection is made.

Method 2: Send Direct Invite

When to Use: Use this method when you want the platform to handle the communication and send professional, branded messaging to the borrower.

1.  Click the "Invite New Borrower" button at the top of your Borrowers dashboard
2.  Enter the borrower's information: First and Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Phone Number
3.  Click "Send Invite"

💡 What Happens Next: The platform automatically sends the borrower a personalized invitation with instructions to create their account and get started. They'll be connected to your account immediately upon signup.

Follow up with borrowers who haven't completed their signup within 24–48 hours to keep your pipeline moving.
