Your profile contains all the information that borrowers and the HouseAmp team see when working with you. Keeping this information current ensures professional communication.

Your profile displays your full name, contact phone number, email address, and mailing address as they appear to borrowers.

| 2. Update any necessary fields |
| 3. Click "Save Changes" |
💡 Important: Borrowers may reference this contact information when reaching out to you, so keep it accurate and up to date.
Access account settings by clicking "My Account" and selecting "Account Settings."
The Account Status toggle controls whether your account is visible to other HouseAmp users within the platform.
✅ Active StatusYour account is visible, you can receive borrower connections, and you receive system notifications. |
⏸️ Inactive StatusYour account is hidden from new connections. Existing borrower relationships remain intact. Use when temporarily unavailable. |
When to Set Inactive:
| 🏖️ During vacation or extended time off |
| 🔒 When at capacity and not accepting new borrowers |
| 🔄 When transitioning responsibilities to another team member |
| 1. In Account Settings, click "Change" next to the Password field |
| 2. Enter your current password |
| 3. Enter and confirm your new password |
| 4. Click "Save" |
🔐 Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters, mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number and one special character. Change your password periodically to maintain account security.
