Overview

Your Borrowers dashboard is your command center for managing all client relationships and loan applications within the HouseAmp platform.

Understanding the Dashboard View

Each borrower entry displays:

👤 Borrower name and contact information (email and phone)
🏠 Property address
📊 Application status with visual progress bars
📅 Date the account was created

The visual progress bars allow you to quickly identify which applications are moving forward and which might need attention.

Use the search box at the top of the page to quickly locate a borrower by first or last name.

📞 Quick Contact Access

Click on the email or phone number to immediately reach out to borrowers without leaving the platform.

🟢 Status Indicators

Color-coded status bars show you at a glance where each application stands in the process.
